Reporting directly to the International Inspections Manager, you will coordinate international inspections in the field of industrial safety.

Your Mission

• Ensure effective management and coordination of International Inspectors assigned to clients, delivering smooth service, meeting commitments, and driving client satisfaction.

• Identify collaboration opportunities and support business development with assigned clients.

• Manage and maintain the Inspection Management Tool (IMT), ensuring data accuracy and proper usage.

What Are We Looking For?

• Degree in Engineering preferred; Higher Vocational Training (VET) in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or equivalent practical experience will also be highly valued.

• Fluent English is essential (C1 level preferred).

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar coordination role (TIC sector experience is a plus, but not required).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Availability for occasional travel (~10%, mainly within Spain).

• Prior experience in transport, logistics, or production quality control is a plus.
