🔧 What will your mission be?

• Lead daily operations of the NDT lab and field teams
  You’ll organize, supervise, and coordinate the execution of testing activities across key sectors such as energy, petrochemical, nuclear, and aerospace.
• Manage resources and project schedules
  From technicians and equipment to materials, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
• Guarantee compliance with Romanian regulations
  You'll be responsible for ISCIR and CNCAN compliance, and for maintaining certifications, technical documentation, and internal procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement
  You’ll work on optimizing testing methodologies, ensuring safety, and improving reporting standards.
• Support sales and business growth
  In collaboration with the Country Manager and commercial team, you’ll provide technical input during client meetings and tenders.
• Lead and grow your team
  You’ll train, mentor, and certify NDT professionals, cultivating a strong performance-driven culture.
• Act as key representative
  Whether it's clients, regulatory bodies, or company leadership, you’ll be the voice of the division.
